North Telecom · v1.0[ ROC + CALL TESTING + PORTAL ]

One crew.
One tool.
Site live.

Today, every site deployment needs two parties on the ground: a general contractor and an integrator who tests and installs the baseband software. NorthTel collapses that to one — the GC, with our tool in hand.

GC mobilizes for civils, power and RF install. Integrator flies in separately to test and install baseband software. Two trucks, two schedules, two invoices per site.

The structural change

Two crews per site.
That's the problem.

Every site deployment today needs a general contractor (civils, power, RF install) and an integrator (baseband testing, software install, commissioning). Two crews on site means more driving hours, more parking lots, more cabinet-floor exposure. NorthTel collapses it to one.

How we work

Four principles. Everything else follows.

Telecom field tooling has been a coordination problem dressed up as a technology problem. We design for the people on the ladder and the people at the desk — not for the spec sheet.

01

No friction

No training. No manuals. A technician should pick up a device and use it inside a minute. If it needs a class, it failed.

02

No truck rolls

Every problem we solve is one that historically required a specialist driving to the site. We move the specialist to the desk.

03

One portal

Both devices, every site, every test. One sign-in, one source of truth. No spreadsheet exports, no email reports.

04

Built for the field

Ruggedized. Glove-friendly. Drop-resistant. The hardware ships with the same care as the software running on it.

Who we serve

Three customers. The same problem.

OEMs don't want to coordinate field engineers. Tower companies don't want to wait for them. Field crews don't want to be them. NorthTel solves all three.

OEMs

Mobile network operators

T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and their tier-one peers. Cut the dependency on flying specialists to every site bring-up.

  • New site commissioning at scale
  • Backhaul-independent rollout
  • Audit trail on every action
TOWERS

Tower companies

American Tower, Crown Castle, SBA and the long tail. Standardize site readiness before the OEM ever shows up.

  • Pre-flight readiness reports
  • Predictable handoffs
  • Faster lease activation
FIELD

Field service contractors

The crews who climb every day. NorthTel makes their toolkit smaller, their work faster, and their reports automatic.

  • One device, all sites
  • No checklist clipboards
  • Walk-away reporting
The portal

Sites, devices, alerts, audit log, call tests — one place.

Both devices stream straight into the same web portal. Map view, ROC list, call-testing reports, software management and an audit log live behind a single sign-in. Roles and permissions for OEM, tower co, and contractor users are baked in.

Who's behind it

Built by people who have done the climb.

NorthTel is a small team of product engineers and telecom field veterans who got tired of watching the same coordination problems eat the same weeks every quarter.

We've installed Airscale cabinets in -20°C parking lots. We've waited four hours for a backhaul handoff that didn't happen. We've written the same commissioning report into three different spreadsheets. Now we're building the tools we wish we'd had.
